Today on our blog, our very own Lakiesha Njoki will be sharing with us a recipe for Red Velvet Cake that is usually served as a Desert. Recipe for Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients.
- Flour -750g
- Sugar-750g
- Cocoa powder.
- Salt- 1 tablespoon
- Milk-500ml
- Eggs-6
- Red food color.
- Vinegar-500ml
- Vanilla essence.
- Mix oil and sugar using a mixer.
- Add eggs and vanilla essence together with the food color.
- Later, add the vinegar.
- Mix flour, cocoa, powder and salt together with the baking powder.
- Mix both mixtures and bake it @170 degrees Celsius.
Desert.
The tradition of eating a desert after a meal is being followed by many cultures across the globe. This detectable dish served at the end of dinner signifies completion of meal and creates sense of goodness in you. Some of its benefits includes:
